Return Process

    Reach out to our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return.

    Verify Eligibility

    Please note that while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans due to their perishable nature, we offer full returns or exchanges on defective brewing equipment and unworn apparel.

    Pack Your Items

    Securely package your eligible non-coffee items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once your return is received and inspected at our Austin headquarters, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit for your next Moon Milk fix.
