What makes Summer Moon coffee unique?
Our coffee is wood-fired in small batches over Texas oak. This labor-intensive, 19th-century process results in a distinct, smooth flavor profile that cannot be replicated by modern gas roasters.
What is Moon Milk?
Moon Milk is our signature sweet cream. It is a secret family recipe made with seven organic ingredients that perfectly complements our oak-roasted espresso.
How long will it take to receive my coffee beans?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days, and standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our coffee beans and merchandise within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international coffee lovers in the future.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the roast?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and flavor of the oak-roasted beans.
